Balaji Wires Pvt Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 certified company and is located in Anand Industrial Estate, near Mohan Nagar Chowk, Ghaziabad. It is a galvanising hub of the group, with current installed production capacity of 132000 MT annually. BWPL produces both Hot Dip and Cold Dip GI Wires according to the international and domestic standards (BS grade, IS 280, IS 398, IS 3975, PGCIL). Wire can also be produced as per customer’s requirements and specifications.

We are producing wire in a diverse and precise range. Our offering is from size 0.20 MM to 5.00 MM in Cold dip wire and 0.45 MM to 5.00 MM in Hot dip and Cable Armour Wire as per IS 3975, BS standard for Power Industry.
Recently, we have also started production of Barbed wire which again is one the most important and demanded product in the commercial use.

Hot Dip Galvanized Wire
These are mild carbon or high carbon steel wires, which are coated with Zinc, so as to impart the base wire with superior properties. The Zinc coated galvanized wires are highly resistant to Moisture and mechanical damage (than other surface coatings), and have a very bright and smooth surface finish.
BWPL offers Hot Dip G.I. Wires of consistent mechanical properties, uniform zinc coating, bright surface finish. Zinc Coating is done through the Hot Dip Galvanizing process.

Cold Dip Wires (Electro-Galvanized Wires)
Zinc Coating is done through Electro-Chemical Process, also called as Cold Dip Wires. The Zinc Coating varies from 5 -20 gms/sq.mtr.
The dia tolerance of these wires are (+/-) 2.5% or as per customer specifications and UTS ranges from 300 to 550 Mpa.
