Shri Arun Gupta is the Chairman and Whole-Time Director of the Company. He has been serving on the Board of the Company since December 11, 1985. As a founder member, he has been a driving force in Company’s establishment and growth. With over 38 years of rich and varied experience in the Steel Wire Industry, Shri Arun Gupta has been deeply involved in the operations of the Company since its inception. Under his leadership, the Company has witnessed continuous tremendous growth driven by strategic vision and industry expertise. His leadership reflects the belief that success and excellence are the products of experience. Establishing a business that stands the test of time requires more than just strategic acumen and industry expertise. Shri Arun Gupta has not only built a resilient business, but has also encouraged a legacy mind set from the outset. Shri Pranav Bansal is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has significant experience in Steel Wire Industry, with over 9 years in total and serving on the board of the Company since 2018. He is a visionary entrepreneur and plays a pivotal role in business planning and development along with the top management of the Company. He drives the organization’s goals and visions with a keen eye on industry trends and business strategies. He is responsible for the overall functioning of the Company. As the key decision maker, he plays an instrumental role in shaping strategic direction and preparing growth strategies for the Company. He looks after overall management and operations of the Company and its subsidiaries. He has been devoting his time, efforts and energy to develop the Company in all aspects including business planning and analysing future competition and threats at Global level. His leadership and contributions have been recognized, as evidenced by his receipt of the ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Wire and Cable Industry Award’ and also got featured in Tyre Trend’s magazine (Dec 2024-Jan 2025).

Shri Umesh Kumar Gupta serves as the Whole-Time Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He holds bachelor’s degree from Zakir Husain College, University of Delhi earned in 1987. With over 30 years of experience in Steel Wire Industry. Shri Umesh Kumar Gupta plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire operations of the Company. His extensive expertise and leadership have been instrumental in driving the Company’s operational excellence. In Addition to his executive responsibilities, Shri Umesh Kumar Gupta serves as a member of several key committees, including the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Risk Management Committee, contributing to Company’s strategic decision making.

Shri Piyush Tiwari is an Independent Director of the Company and holds bachelor’s degree B.E (Electrical) from the Government Engineering College, Reva, Madhya Pradesh in 1985. He has a master’s degree MA (Sociology) from DAV University, Indore in 1991 and PGDM in Marketing & Finance from IMT Ghaziabad in 2019. With over 37 years of experience, he has been associated with India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd (2015-2023) and Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd./Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (1986-2015). His expertise spans Marketing, Business Development and Strategic Planning. He is Creative, innovative, enthusiastic & forward-thinking leader in business environment with focus on big picture perspectives

Shri Satish Prakash Aggarwal has been serving as an Independent Director of the Company since July 13, 2020. With more than 40 years of experience in Indirect Taxation along with expertise in Finance, Management and Administration, he brings wealth of knowledge to the Company. His extensive skills and experience plays a crucial role in driving cost optimization and in identifying and adopting emerging trends which contributes to the Company’s growth and operational efficiency.
