Shaped / Profile Wires are also known as Solid Profiles. Shaped Wires are manufactured from High Carbon, Stainless Steel as well as from Low Carbon wires. These wires are custom built to suit customers’ actual requirements. It allows achieving complex geometries and cross-sections. These wires can be supplied both in Annealed and Drawn finish.

Few Major Applications of Shaped Wires
These are made from wires shaped in Square, Rectangular or Trapezoidal cross section. These wires are supplied in drawn finish condition. Both Stainless Steel (AISI 304 & 316) and High Carbon Steel generally conforming to EN-42 can be used as base material.

The spring washer wires are supplied in 380-500mm dia with coil weight of 50-300 kg. The coils are packed with polythene and then Hessian and tagged properly.
Circlips Wire
These have Square or Rectangular cross sections manufactured from high carbon steel generally conforming to EN-42& EN42J. The wires are custom made so as to fulfill the wiring needs of clients. These wires are supplied in Annealed & Annealed Pinch Pass finish. These wires are used in the manufacture of lock circlips used for locking shafts.
